You have 30 days from the day your package arrives to decide if it's the perfect fit. If not, you're welcome to return it for a full refund or an exchange.
A Quick Note on Condition
To help us find these items a new home, we kindly ask that they be returned unused, in the same lovely condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
Starting Your Return
1. Simply send a little note to our team at returns@lillavan.com with your order number. 2. Pack your items securely with care. 3. Ship them back to us at our return address. Once they reach us, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days and send you a confirmation.

Please keep in mind that personalized treasures, gift cards, and final sale items are extra special and cannot be returned or exchanged.
